MEET DARRYL
Darryl, a former at-risk student turned U.S. Marine, is dedicated to serving individuals at a disadvantage and battling self-doubt—those at the crossroads of despair and destiny. Raised in a dysfunctional family with a drug-abusing mother and emotionally unstable father, Darryl faced poverty and hopelessness but found hope and leadership through caring for his little brother, Quincy.

After high school, Darryl joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he learned core values and the discipline needed to lead effectively. His mission is to challenge, train, and develop individuals to embrace the leader within, believing we must all answer the call to be the solution to our problems. This is how winning is done—through LOVE, LEADERSHIP, and LEGACY.
