Darryl is former at-risk student turned U.S. Marine. His mission is to serve individuals who are at a disadvantage and are giving ear to their doubts - individuals who are at the crossroads of despair and destiny. The ones who are at risk of not winning.

WHY PURSUE THESE INDIVIDUALS?

Darryl experienced firsthand the challenges of being raised in a dysfunctional family where his mom abused drugs to cope with life's challenges and his dad abused women because he didn't know how to regulate his emotions. Poverty and dysfunction led to insecurities and bouts of hopelessness. His circumstances forced him to grow up early.

However, along the way, Darryl found hope in an unlikely

place - his role as big brother. He drew strength and

hope from looking after his younger siblings especially

his little brother, Quincy. This experience thrusted him

into LEADERSHIP.

 

Immediately after graduating high school, Darryl decided to

serve his country in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Here he discovered the importance of core values and the discipline it takes

to effectively lead.

​

His focus is to challenge, train and develop individuals to EMBRACE THE LEADER within.

Darryl believes that there is a call that each of us must answer that is to be the solution to our problems.
